“Very nice”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“Great hotel for a weekend stay. We did have a stopped up sink, but we notified the front desk and it was fixed the next day. Overall not bad, bed was clean, room in general was clean. Probably could use some minor updates. ”

“My stay was great. The only thing that I will have to say is that the tub was clogged because when I was taking a shower, the tub was filling up and not draining fast and the toilet handle broke but other than that, I had a good stay. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping areas and restaurants. I will definitely stay again.”

“It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room……

“We were only there overnight so can’t comment on pool or nearby shops. The room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed speaking with Robert, the gentleman who checked us in. it look like anything else any other river well, of course roll along well I disagree that it wasn’t. I thought if you took a look at the current of that river and realize what it’s called the mighty Mississippi Mississippi for a reason that that river is one of the longest of the longest, strongest rivers in the world so,……

“Overall it was okay. The ac unit in room wasn’t working great, was really humid in the rooms. Bathtub has either rust stains or old blood. The breakfast food was super cold every morning at 7:30am. The elevator and hallways smelled liked weed. ”

“Staff was friendly and all areas of the hotel were clean and orderly. ”

“The room could have been better taken care of but the a/c worked fine, the front desk staff was very nice. My only real complaint would be our room did not have a microwave or fridge vut that was it!”

“The room could better renovated there were stains on the walls, peeling paint, mold stains on the wall, hair in the bathroom, the toilet would move like it’s not bolted down, there was a loud sound from the fridge and burn holes in covers. Staff was amazing quick and nice. It was decent for a place to sleep for 3 days definitely needs some up keep.”
